1. Planning Consultation
Let's make a plan.
Start with a one-on-one consultation where we'll discuss your vision, budget, guest count, timeline, room layout, décor ideas, food and beverage options, and vendor recommendations. You'll leave with a personalized plan and clear next steps.
90 minutes | $150
2. Planning Partner
We'll help as much as you need.
Available after your Planning Consultation, Planning Partner sessions are billed by the hour and provide ongoing support as your event comes together. Whether you need help creating an event design, developing a color palette, building a shopping list, selecting décor, refining your floor plan, creating a timeline, finding vendors, brainstorming DIY ideas, or making final decisions, we're here whenever you need us.
$75 per hour
3. Full Event Planning
We'll plan it all for you.
Prefer to hand off the planning? We'll manage the planning process from beginning to end while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter most. From event design and vendor coordination to décor sourcing, shopping, timelines, and logistics, we'll handle the details so you can enjoy the excitement without the stress.
Starting at $600
4. Event Day Management
We'll bring the plan to life while you enjoy your event.
When the big day arrives, we'll take care of the behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on your guests. Event Day Management may include décor setup, vendor coordination, timeline management, troubleshooting, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. If you prefer to set up your own décor, we'll customize the service to fit your needs.
$75 per hour | 3-hour minimum

To provide every client with the time and attention they deserve, event planning and coordination services are available exclusively for events hosted at The Urban Farmhouse Room. Because we intentionally accept only a limited number of planning clients each month, we encourage you to reserve your planning services early to ensure availability.
